ACM UIST Registration Rates

For early bird registration only (July 3-August 15) there are discount registration rates available (All rates in USD):

Registering for Both ACM UIST and ACM SUI

For UIST attendees who also want to attend SUI, there is a $50 discount that can be applied to your SUI registration (verification of your UIST registration is required). Please follow the instructions on the SUI registration page.

Cancellation policy

Prior to September 19th, 2014, cancellations will be refunded in full (minus credit card charges). Cancellations received from September 20st, 2014 through Friday October 3th, 2014 will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after October 3th, 2014.

• Partial Ocean View: $235 + tax
• Ocean View: $265 + tax

Please note that the resort fee ($25 per day) is optional. High speed internet is included in the room rate listed above. A light breakfast will be served for participants each morning ahead of the conference program.

Visas

The Association for Computing Machinery does not issue formal invitation letters for visas. ACM can however issue a visa support letter.

For visa support letters, please send all requests to supportletters@acm.org with the following information:

1. Your name as it appears on your passport.
2. Your current mailing address.
3. The name of the conference you wish to attend (UIST 2014).
4. Your registration confirmation number for UIST 2014.
5. If you are the author of any papers accepted for UIST 2014, please provide the title.
6. Your email address.

Please note visa support letters are issued via email by PDF, and the original is mailed to your current postal address.
