Joint Registration with ITS 2013

UIST 2013 is collocated with the ACM Interactive Tabletops and Surfaces 2013 (ITS 2013) conference; ITS (Oct. 6-9) ends just before UIST starts. For early bird registration only (July 19-September 6) there are discount joint registration rates available:

Use the UIST 2013 online registration system to register for the conference.

Cancellation policy

Prior to September 20th, 2013, cancellations will be refunded in full (minus credit card charges). Cancellations received from September 21st, 2013 through Friday October 5th, 2013 will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after October 5th, 2013.

Visas

The Association for Computing Machinery does not issue formal invitation letters for visas. We can however issue a visa support letter.

For visa support letters, please send all requests to supportletters@acm.org with the following information:

Your name as it appears on your passport.
Your current mailing address.
The name of the conference you wish to attend (UIST 2013).
Your registration confirmation number for UIST 2013.
If you are the author of any papers accepted for UIST 2013, please provide the title.
Your email address.

Please note visa support letters are issued via email by PDF, and the original is mailed to your current postal address.
