UIST '95

For those of you who need to get from the airport to your hotels, here is some information to help you out. The Pittsburgh-based AIRLINES TRANSPORTATION COMPANY is the least expensive, most reliable and convenient airport transportation. Its ticket desk is located on the same level as the baggage claim area together with rental car counters. Look for National, Thrifty and Budget, and the AIRLINES TRANSPORTATION COMPANY counter should be in your sight (I was told). The ticket desk is identified by a large lighted sign reading "Airlines Transportation." Both domestic and international arrivals utilize the same baggage claim area so the direction is good for international UIST '95 attendees as well.

To William Penn and Other Hotels:
Use the Downtown Route. In addition to William Penn, the Downtown Route services the Vista, Hilton, Hyatt and Ramada hotels as well. The schedule for the downtown van is as follows:

	Weekdays		7:00 a.m. to 11:40 p.m.	Every half hour
	Saturdays & Sundays	7:00 a.m. to 11:40 p.m.	Every hour

To the Airport:
Please ask your hotel attendants for the departure schedule from your hotel. You can also call the Airlines Transportation Company at (412) 471-8900 and they will be able to help you with all questions regarding the services.

Fare:
Adults fares are $12.00 one way and $20.00 roundtrip. There is no charge for children under 12.

Locating the Van:
Departures are on the same level as the baggage claim area. Exit the Airport through a door located next to the ticket desk. Directly outside, no streets to cross, you will board along the blue curb, where a portable post-type sign identifies Airlines Transportation.

Services to Other Places:
For those of you who happen to stay at some other places, there is an Oakland Route which services Sheraton Station Square. The schedule is as follows:

	Weekdays	9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.	Every Hour
	Saturday	9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.	Every Other Hour
	Sunday		10:00 a.m. and 12:00 Noon
			2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.	Every Other Hour

Adult fares for this route are $12.50 one way and $21.00 roundtrip. There is no charge for children under 12.

For those of you who stay at what they call Green Tree Hotels (Best Western, Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn, Marriott), these hotels provide complimentary services from and to the Pittsburgh International Airport. Pick up the courtesy phone for the appropriate hotel in the luggage claim area for instructions about where to meet the courtesy van.
