UIST 2003 Hotel Information

NOTE:  The hotel is no longer holding rooms for UIST 2003.  However, rooms may still be available.  We encourage you to contact them directly to inquire about availability.

UIST 2003 will be held at the Marriott Vancouver Pinnacle Hotel (formerly the Delta Pinnacle Hotel), a four-star hotel located in downtown Vancouver just one block from the waterfront and within easy walking distance of Stanley Park, and Robson Street.

NOTE:  The hotel is only required to hold space through October 1, 2003, and is only holding a limited number of rooms (as is common in all conference hotel agreements).  Accordingly, we strongly urge you to book your room as soon as possible, and no later than the early registration deadline:  September 24th.

To make reservations:  Call Marriott reservations at 1-800-207-4150 (US and Canada) and ask for the rate for the Association of Computing Machinery event (this rate is good three days before and after the conference).  From outside the US and Canada, call the hotel directly at +1 604 684-1128.  Or, make your reservation on-line using this special reservation page.  (Note, we've only been able to reserve the lowest-cost rooms using this site -- if you want to make reservations for deluxe rooms or suites, you may need to make them by telephone.)

UIST and ICMI-PUI have negotiated room rates starting at CDN$160 single/double (approximately US$118 at current exchange rates).
